After the success of the 2nd International meeting on non-penetrating glaucoma surgery in November 2006, a third meeting will take place in October 2008. The goal of the third meeting is to provide an overview, through a combination of live surgery, courses, lectures, video presentations and panel discussions, of the current state of innovative glaucoma surgery and to discuss new aspects. There will be a special focus on: - newly developed implants - new surgical techniques - analysis of long-term surgical outcome An international board of faculties, including G. Scharioth, Ike Ahmed, and Robert Stegmann, will present the highlights of innovative glaucoma surgery. |
